My typical way of working

My approach is to first understand what the client wants, their intended outcome. From there it is understanding what approach may work best for them, and if how my way of working is appropriate for them. While all the techniques I use work, some people respond better to some than others. Also some people respond better to me than others. In the sessions I am here to facilitate change. It is about the client not me. If I think the client will be better working with someone else, I will say so.

Generally there will be an initial session where we discuss what the issues are, what is wanted and different approaches. While I tend to focus on the coaching side, I may use therapeutic techniques in what we do. I generally use a blend of coaching and therapeutic techniques in a way that fits with the client's issues and desired outcome. It is of course very client dependent.

However, I do have a three month and a six month programme clients can sign up to. The three month programme is for clients who have a specific goal they are working towards, while the six month programme is more for clients who know something is amiss, and they wish to change and create the life they want. With the six month programme we (the client and I) start with establishing what are the client's limiting beliefs and clearing them, then moving on to the coaching programme, with additional interventions as required.

The length of a session will depend on what we are doing. For coaching sessions, these will be between 45 minutes and an hour. For therapeutic sessions they will be between an hour and an hour and a half.

In general there needs to be a few days between sessions to allow the work to settle, for the client to process what the work we have done and allow it to integrate into their way of being. However, this is again flexible depending on the work and the client.

In the sessions I will use coaching techniques, along with NLP, energy healing and time line therapy. See the appropriate pages for descriptions of what these are.
